Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawal requests will be considered up to seven (7) days prior to the start of a Community Program. A $20 withdrawal fee per registration will be applied to each refund.
No refund or credit will be issued if the withdrawal occurs within one week or after the program starts, unless for medical reasons. A doctor’s note will be required. Please allow 5-6 weeks for processing cash or debit refunds. If the town of High River cancels a program, the client is entitled to a full refund or a transfer into another program
(if the program is a higher value, additional fees apply).
Canadian Tire Jumpstart: High River Chapter
The program is geared towards helping children aged 4-17 years old participate in organized sports and recreation by covering the costs of registration, equipment and/or transportation fees.
