The Planning Department manages all aspects of planning and development. This includes preparation of long range plans, processing of land use redesignations, subdivision applications, issuance of all related permits, business licensing, in-house mapping services, compliance certificates, as well as coordinate land use activities to ensure long-term planning objective are considered.
