Council Meetings, Agendas & Minutes

Council passed the following resolution at the October 26, 2009 Organizational Meeting:

Regularly Scheduled Council Meetings are held on the 2^nd and 4^th Monday of each month, except during the months of July and August when only 1 meeting will be held on the 3^rd Monday of the month and in December only 1 meeting will be held on the 2^nd Monday of the month, (unless that Monday is a Statutory Holiday, then the meeting will be held on the next day, being Tuesday).  Meetings are held in Council Chambers in the Town Office at 309 Macleod Trail SW, High River, Alberta T1V 1Z5 at 1:30 P.M. unless otherwise determined.

Public Hearings of Council will be held on the regular scheduled Council meeting days commencing at 6:00 P.M. unless otherwise determined.

To ensure Council agenda files are small enough to be viewed online not all backup documentation is included in the file.  These documents will be made available upon request. 

Council agendas and minutes are available online for three months.  Any agendas and minutes prior to that time can be viewed at the Town Office.  All original minutes have been signed.  Council minutes will be available online once they have been adopted by Council.
