About Planning & Development
This department is managed by the Director of Development Services and administers the planning and development functions of the Town.
The team manages all aspects of planning and development including preparation of long range plans, processing of land use redesignations, subdivision applications, issuance of all related permits, business licensing, in-house mapping services and compliance certificates.
