About Bylaw Services
This department is managed by the Director of Community Services and offers a service of mediation between residents with concerns and the Town. Bylaw Officers are designated as Peace Officers and as such maintain the public peace. Their main objective is to serve the public and residents of High River by means of resolve rather than enforcement. Bylaw 3959/99 outlines the duties and powers of our Officers.
