Heritage Inventory Project

The Town of High River, with the help of the Heritage Advisory Board, has now recommended 20 buildings that are historically, architecturally or culturally significant to High River residents. An Open House will be held on June 13th, 2012 at the Highwood Museum to allow the residents and property owners to review Draft Statements of Significance. Below are photos of the 20 properties recommended by the board that merit designation. The Town would welcome your assistance in reviewing the historical details collected on these buildings. If you would like to attend the Open House, please contact the Town’s Heritage and Culture Planner Vidya John at 403.603.3418 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
