Water Conservation
Effective September 12, 2011: Level 1 Water Conservation is in effect.
Water conservation is an important aspect for any community. In 2008 the Town of High River enacted a Water Conservation Bylaw.
Please note: All residents must comply with the Town's new water conservation bylaw, unless they have been granted a special exception by the Town. Click the link below to download new lawn permit. Please note: At Level 2 - watering is only permitted for a maximum of two hours between 2-10 a.m. (please note change of times) and 7 - 11 p.m. on specified watering days as per the water map located above.

Conserve to Preserve 
Conserve to Preserve is a water conservation inititiave in partnership with students from Ecole Joe Clark School who created 10 paintings depicting the value of water and the importance of conserving it to preserve our environment.

Water Conservation tips and Tricks
Postcards
Postcards have been created with each student's work and a tip for conserving water. These cards have been formatted using a standard postcard template. By purchasing the pre-perforated postcard paper at any office supply store, these cards can be printed anywhere.
The postcards can be opened by clicking on the pictures.
