Business Licenses
Payment for renewal of business licenses is now available through the Town of High River eServices. User ID’s and account numbers were forwarded to all existing businesses at the end of December. Please note that once you have entered your User ID and account number you must select Business License from the drop-down menu.
If you have not received your renewal notice or are having difficulties please click This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to email the Planning Department. Please note that new businesses must make application at the Town Office.
Certificates and Searches
The Town of High River offers immediate delivery of tax certificates or searches through our eServices. They can be ordered with a valid credit card or a pre-paid account.
If you wish to set up an account please fax (403-652-239) or click This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to email your request with your contact information. You will then be contacted with your user ID and account number. Please note that the Town must have payment on account before the items can be ordered.
Tax certificates are $20 and are emailed directly to you. Tax searches are $7 and will only give you a screen view. Please note that legal, civic and assessment information can be found under eServices/Property Search.
View Accounts – Accounts Receivable/Property Tax/Utilities
To locate your User ID each utility bill has a customer number in the top right-hand corner. The customer number is your User ID number for your online registration. The account number is either your tax roll or utility account number. From the drop-down you must select which account number you are entering.
Please note that payments cannot be made on these accounts through the Town of High River system however you can make payments for tax and utilities through online banking using the account number.
If you are having difficulties or you do not have a utility bill and would like to request your User ID number please click This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
